- Alicia, My Story by Alicia Appleman-Jurman is the story of a young woman from Buczacz who survives the holocaust.
- I Am A Witness by Mina Rosner. Mina Pohorille Rosner was born in Buchach in 1913 and lived there the first 32 years of her life. She was one of the few Jews who survived the German occupation of Buchach in World War II. This book is the story of her survival. Read the Foreword and Chapter 1 here. - Photographs of gravestones (submitted by Tom Weiss) -- Most of the gravestones in the Jewish Cemetery in Buchach are almost entirely in Hebrew, although a few of the most modern gravestones have the names of the deceased in Latin letters. Some of the inscriptions are in Polish. The gravestone photographs can be accessed in two different ways.
